Processing Time
Orders for in-stock merchandise received on Monday through Friday are usually processed the same day, or by the end of next business day. Orders received on Saturday are usually processed by the end of Tuesday and Sunday are usually processed by end of day Wednesday. All expedited priority orders must be placed by 12 noon Central Standard Time (CST) to be processed on the same business day. If placed after this, your order will be processed the following business day.
Made to Order Items
Because some items are made to order and take 3 to 5 weeks for delivery, they cannot be shipped via Express or Overnight Delivery.
Hawaii and Alaska
Whenever possible, orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska will be sent via US Priority Mail. For all orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or Guam, please allow an additional 3 to 5 business days for delivery.
P.O. Boxes
Orders that are being shipped to a Post Office box address are sent via USPS - UPS will not deliver to a Post Office address. In some cases, MyLoveStone will request a street address if delivery to the Post Office address is not possible.
